I’m not usually one to leave comments, but ever since I came across this website many months ago, I’ve found myself coming back here every so often, perhaps regularly, to view these well-preserved pieces of history. Your parents’ writing were very pretty, and they seemed like a such sweet couple. Please don’t ever take this down.
My name is Justin, Australian by passport, currently living in Singapore.
I wanted to randomly reach out as I am a collector of vintage watches and recently acquired a vintage watch.
The watch has an engraving on the back that says ‘to bill, from Bernice’
I did a ton of hunting and came to your website. I’d love to learn more about the watch and story.
One reason I collect watches is because of the history that it holds. I would love to learn more and document some of the history behind it! Hopefully one day I’d love to write a book about watches and it’s history – particularly this one!
Justin, Thank you for pursuing information related to the watch. I emailed you … please send photos of the watch. I will try and verify the origin. Thanks, Lee

If true, that will be amazing!
Martin, Sadly, I don’t think I will ever know as the guy wrote wrote me has not gotten back to me … I now think it was a scam.
